1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bimabet ("bimabet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bimabet.cam.

3 Account Eligibility

• Not a Bimabet Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of bimabet and its affiliates are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform may not re-register until the self-exclusion period has expired and has been formally lifted by our support team.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account with bimabet, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any details change. Bimabet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration or thereafter.

4.1 Required Registration Information

Players must supply their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. This information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at bimabet's discretion at any other time, Players may be required to complete a KYC verification process by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence showing full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), or official government correspondence — issued within the past three months.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — including a screenshot or statement showing the account holder name matches the registered Player name.

Bimabet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, in cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, to close an Account and void associated winnings pending investigation, in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to a bimabet Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Bimabet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or unverified payment instruments.

The primary account currency on bimabet is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed deposit receipt. Bimabet is not responsible for cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect, in line with responsible gambling best practices.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as a financial security measure.

6.1 Processing Timeframes

Bimabet targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes:

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. There is no stated maximum for verified accounts, though individual transaction limits may apply by payment method.

6.3 Wagering Requirement Fulfilment

Where a Player has accepted a bonus offer, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully met before any portion of the Account Balance attributable to that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that were not matched to a bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time without a wagering requirement, subject to KYC verification.

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each welcome bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Credit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no monetary value outside the bimabet Platform.
• All wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus Credit and associated winnings that remain uncleared at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• Bimabet reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse any bonus offer at its absolute discretion without prior notice, particularly in cases where abuse is suspected.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game category. Sports betting and live casino may contribute differently to slots. Specific rates are published with each promotion.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the bimabet Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are governed by the rules of the relevant sporting body and bimabet's own market-specific rules, which are published within the Platform. 8.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of ambiguity, technical error, or dispute, bimabet's decision on settlement shall be final. Bimabet reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from system errors or data feed failures.

8.3 Casino Games

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bimabet Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Any agreement between Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information, or otherwise distort the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a payment provider after funds have been credited to a bimabet Account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Bimabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Credit) will be returned via the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bimabet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications when a Player has been active beyond a self-set session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11.2 Age Verification

12 Intellectual Property
